Hi, I’m Ann-Marie, an artist who loves drawing, printmaking, and creating unique jewellery-things.

My work is inspired by a deep love of making and thinking, exploring the connections between humans, animals, plants, the land, and the sea. I also draw inspiration from historical narratives and and spiritual practices.

Some of my artworks are represented in South African collections, like the Johannesburg Art Gallery and the Oliewenhuis Art Museum. In 2017, I had my sixth solo exhibition, Diluvian Delft, at Knysna Fine Art.

When I’m not in the studio, I enjoy spending time with my family of humans and animals. I love the sea, long walks, strandlooping, gardening, birdwatching, baking and reading.
